Sophia Woodcraft’s haunting voice cuts deep.
With a list of influences that runs from PJ Harvey to Joni Mitchell, Tori Amos, to Neil Young and Nine Inch Nails, Sophia has forged a unique performance style that is both vulnerable and powerful.

With a catalogue of soaring folk ballads punctuated with potent grunge tracks, her vocals and songwriting lay bare the whole human condition, exploring themes of love, loss, hope and fate.

Sophia’s singular voice has led to her headlining her own shows at independent venues and at grass roots festivals throughout the UK and opening the Equinox Festival in 2018.

Sophia also supported singer/songwriter Jack Broadbent on his 2017 UK tour playing The Jazz Cafe and The Lincoln Drill Hall.
Based in the Lincolnshire Wolds, Sophia is currently recording her first full length album, a follow up to her EP These Veins.
